Return & Exchanf Policy

 

We at Dainy Mello have a return policy of 7 days, which applies only to our clothing items. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that promotional discounts are subject to final sale items. We recommend that you review the fine print of the promotional discount code before purchasing.

Please note that all jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dainymello.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return. Please note that a $10 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund when returning an item(s) for a refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, personalized items, hair accessories, and jewelry care and accessories. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the original payment method will be refunded minus the $10 restocking fee. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Q: How long would it take to receive my order?

A: Once your order has been placed we take 3-5 days to process and create your customized piece, this can take 1 - 14 business days within Canada. 

* International standard shipping can take 3 weeks.

Expedited Shipping is available at an additional charge

 

Please use the tracking number to check on your estimated delivery time . 

NOTE: International Small Air parcels usually don't have the tracking number 

 

Q: What happens in the case of my parcel is lost or stolen?

A: Dainy Mello is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. After an order is confirmed we will send out the tracking information to you personally.

Jewelry Care

Pearls should be the last thing that you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night. Avoid contact with perfumes or creams, and simply wipe with a soft cloth to clean.
