Q:How long would it it take to receive my order ?

A: Once your order has been placed we take 3-5 days to process and create your customized piece, this can take 1 - 12 business days within Canada. 

* International standard shipping can take 2-3weeks.

Expedited Shipping is available at an additional charge

 

Please use tracking number to check on your estimated delivery  time .

Q:What happens in the case of my parcel is lost or stolen?

A: Dainy Mello is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. After an order is confirmed we will send out the tracking information to you personally.
