A: For pearl items, use room temperature water with a drop of dish soap and gently rub with a cotton swab or toothbrush. Rinse and dry thoroughly. For metal pieces, use a jewelry cloth to clean. Avoid liquids, sunscreen, perfumes, lotions, and perspiration. Store your jewelry in the provided bag.
Q: What sizes of clothing does Dainy Mello offer?

A: Dainy Mello is 100% manufactured in Thailand by our precious partners, proud single moms who work hard and dream big.
Q: Is Dainy Mello sold in stores?
A: Yes, at The Nooks in Kitsilano and North Vancouver, as well as at YVR International Airport.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Processing takes 3-5 days and shipping takes 1-14 business days within Canada. International shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Use your tracking number to check on delivery time.
Q: What happens if my parcel is lost or stolen?
A: Dainy Mello is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide you with the tracking information for your order.
Q: What if I forget to use my promo code?
A: Promo codes must be entered before the final sale. We cannot adjust the price after the sale is complete.
Q: What does "Dainy Mello" mean?
A: It means a sweet person with a huge sense of humor who is also chill. We created Dainy Mello with a vision of being sweet, laid back, and playful.
Final Sale and Returns Policy
At Dainy Mello, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide clear and fair policies. Please review the following important details:
Final Sale Items:
- All jewelry items and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customization can take up to 20 weeks or longer.
- Items purchased with promotional discounts are also final sale. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of any discount code before purchasing.
Returns:
- For eligible clothing items, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A $10 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
Unforeseen Events (Duties & Taxes):
- Any additional duties, taxes, or unforeseen charges during shipping are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your local customs office for potential costs before purchasing.
Exchanges:
- Certain items, including sale items, personalized items, hair accessories, and jewelry care and accessories, cannot be exchanged.
Refunds:
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method minus the $10 restocking fee. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items, personalized items, hair accessories, jewelry care and accessories, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
